Terms of service

⦁English isn't my mother language, so it's better for your description to be brief and clear.⦁ Please note in advance that by commissioning a job from me, you are agreeing to my terms and conditions, so it is recommended that you read it before commissioning a job from me for any questions you may have.⦁ By commissioning work from me or paying me, you signify your acceptance of these Terms of Service. Any commissioning order that violates these terms will be cancelled immediately.⦁ Anyone violating the Terms of Service will receive a warning message. Depending on the case, the violator may also be blocked, barred from future services related to the artwork, have their commission cancelled and/or have their spaces revoked, as well as receive no refund.

Forms and Methods of Payment

⦁ Payments are made in advance.
⦁Only USD payments by Paypal. An invoice will be sent to your account and must be paid in full.⦁ Have your payment ready; it must be paid in full within 24 hours of acceptance, otherwise you will lose your spot.⦁ I will not begin work on the assignment until I receive full payment within 24 hours of accepting your request and/or sending a PayPal invoice. Please have payment ready.⦁ NO REFUNDS I do not usually issue refunds for any reason.

Method of work and delivery time

⦁ No time limit: the client cannot set a time limit.⦁ When I start with your work I will let you know with a sketch (WIP).⦁ During the sketch phase, you can make a maximum of three changes per element or body part represented.⦁ The work I will do for you may take 2 to 3 months to complete, however, it is common for jobs to be completed well before that time.⦁ I will not make any gratuitous changes to the final product unless I have been overlooked.⦁ If you have questions about the work, you can let me know but please do not spam.

The commissioner shall

⦁ You will need to give me a clear reference of your character so that I can capture it correctly in the work. Preferably a reference without shadows.⦁I tend to play a lot with colors and shades to deliver a work according to the taste of both, so it is possible that the colors of your character will not be exact.

Rights and permits

⦁ You must credit “Glottiful” as the artist of the commissioned piece on any of your networks.⦁ You are not allowed to claim, edit, modify, trace, or copy, my artwork under any circumstances without my consent.⦁ You may not use any of my artwork for NFT or sell it for NFT purposes. If you do, you will be banned permanently.⦁ I will not remove my signature from any of my artwork, do not suggest or insist because I will not, just as you are not allowed to do so under any circumstances.⦁ As the artist, I will retain all legal and artistic rights to the image you commission from me, including copyright, intellectual property and exploitation rights. You, as the owner of the rights to your character, will retain all rights to the depiction of your character in the image. However, as the artist, I will own all rights to the artwork itself, including the right to use it in my portfolio and galleries as I see fit. Once I upload the image to my public platforms, the image will be available for anyone to view and enjoy.⦁These rules are subject to change.
